Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and staff performance management
- Develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies
- Coordinate with departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B) for seamless service delivery
- Handle VIP guest experiences and complaint resolution
- Train and mentor hospitality staff on service excellence
- Monitor budget performance and optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hospitality management with luxury hotel experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio tourism landscape
- Excellent conflict resolution and communication abilities
- Proficient in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Texas Food Handler and Alcohol certification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred
