Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using our property management system
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas to exceed cleanliness standards
- Assist with food & beverage operations including serving and beverage preparation
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards consistently
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-sale system knowledge
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (for positions requiring errands)
- Fluency in English; bilingual skills in Spanish highly desirable
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
