Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest service exceeding expectations across all touchpoints
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain pristine room standards and public area cleanliness
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies for premium services and amenities
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal skills
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's/ServSafe certification (preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
