Responsibilities

- Check-In/Out: Process guest registrations efficiently, collect payments, and issue room keys.
- Guest Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries regarding local attractions and hotel amenities.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Front Desk Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area and lobby.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform light data entry, manage mail services, and assist with hotel promotions.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
