Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Handle front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing reservations.
- Monitor security cameras and perform regular patrols of the property to ensure guest safety and security.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and resolve guest inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Perform night audits, reconcile daily financial reports, and update guest profiles in the property management system.
- Ensure common areas, lobbies, and restrooms are clean and well-maintained throughout the night.
- Assist with key management and provide directions or local information to guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
