Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and proactive problem-solving
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Uphold brand standards and maintain pristine facility appearance
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with management to implement service improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in hotel/hospitality or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Valid North Carolina Food Handler's/ServSafe certification preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
