Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes with attention to detail
- Resolve guest inquiries and service issues with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Monitor hotel systems and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare shift reports and maintain guest preference databases
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer proficiency and PMS knowledge
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
