Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shift operations including staff scheduling and task delegation
- Train and mentor team members on service standards and safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare shift reports and performance documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel or hospitality supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Michigan Food Handler's certification preferred
