Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations during assigned shifts
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational escalations
- Manage room inventory and check-in/out procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Implement emergency protocols during high-traffic periods
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel supervisory experience
- Availability for rotating shifts (days/evenings/nights)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Opera or PMS systems
- Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Atlanta tourism landscape
