Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Manage front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams with clear communication
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Monitor inventory and operational budgets to maintain efficiency
- Train and mentor new staff members on service standards
- Coordinate with departments for seamless check-in/check-out processes
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
