Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at hotel front desks, lobbies, and event spaces
- Perform housekeeping duties including room turnover, sanitization, and restocking
- Assist with banquet setup and breakdown for large-scale events
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process payments accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with professional communication
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
