Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized welcome and check-in/check-out services to hotel guests
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and resolve concerns promptly with professionalism
- Process reservations and maintain accurate guest information in property management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to cleanliness and presentation
- Assist with billing processes and financial transactions accurately
- Participate in daily team briefings and ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- No prior experience necessary – we train all team members
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for local errands)
