Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out procedures and concierge support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house spaces
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and coordinate with departments
- Operate property management systems and POS technology accurately
- Assist with event setup, room service delivery, and valet services during assigned shifts
- Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
