Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/out, handling reservations with precision and warmth
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly using our CRM system
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge services seamlessly
- Process payments and manage cash handling with strict accuracy protocols
- Maintain pristine front desk areas and lobby aesthetics
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for smooth operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera/Micros) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication skills and multilingual abilities (Spanish a plus)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
