Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services at front desk, concierge, and valet stations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures using Opera PMS system
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests for guest satisfaction
- Upsell premium room packages and dining experiences
- Maintain accurate guest preference profiles for future stays
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficient in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid CA driver's license (for valet positions)
- Basic knowledge of San Francisco attractions and events
- Fluency in English; Spanish or Mandarin preferred
- Food Handler's certification (will assist with obtaining)
