Responsibilities
- Delight guests with exceptional front desk services and check-in/check-out procedures
- Assist with housekeeping operations and room preparation standards
- Support banquet and event setup/cleanup for hotel functions
- Learn and implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Master reservation systems and guest communication tools
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy (training provided)
- Valid work authorization in the United States
