Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, suites, and public areas
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management immediately
- Follow company standards for deep cleaning and sanitization protocols
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and submit replenishment requests
- Adapt to special guest requests and high-demand periods efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Clean background check and drug-free workplace commitment
- Basic English communication skills
