Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during weekend shifts across front desk, concierge, and valet services
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our proprietary property management system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless guest requests
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure financial transactions
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 6AM-11PM)
- Proficiency in hotel management software systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Valid Georgia driver's license (for valet positions)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
