Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas and guest rooms.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Assist guests with directions, recommendations, and any special requests.
- Stock and maintain the lobby and public areas with necessary supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (prior experience is not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
