Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk, including check-ins/check-outs and reservations
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room status updates
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) with accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
