Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and guest inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage hotel accounts accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hotel's operational needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Strong computer proficiency, including experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be available for shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
