In this role, you will serve as the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable check-in experience. You will manage front desk operations during various shifts, from morning rushes to evening coverages, contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying registration data and handling payments.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails with a polite and professional tone.
- Assist guests with local Long Beach directions, restaurant reservations, and transportation needs.
- Monitor the front desk area and lobby to ensure security and a welcoming environment.
- Process wake-up calls, mail, and room service requests accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required.
