Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and concierge support
- Manage reservation systems and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with event setup and banquet services as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby/reception area
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (preferred for property transportation)
