Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step through the door.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, handling credit card transactions and room keys accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and public areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Handle basic complaints or requests to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No previous hotel or hospitality experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
