Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Maintain a pristine and organized lobby, front desk, and common areas.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with event setup, break-down, and service for banquets and meetings.
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries with care and accuracy.
- Provide directions and information about local attractions to visitors.
- Support the front desk team during peak check-in and check-out times.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory.
