Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and answer inquiries regarding local attractions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately to the management team.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in hospitality is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and ability to follow schedules efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills are a plus, but not required.
