Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
- Guest Assistance: Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation to ensure guests have a memorable stay.
- Front Desk Operations: Answer incoming calls, manage inquiries, and handle reservations using our property management system.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, tidy, and well-stocked with amenities.
- Shift Coverage: Adhere to the rotating shift schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff members to maintain a high standard of service across all departments.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays (Shift Work).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and perform cleaning duties as needed.
- No Experience Needed: We welcome applicants with no prior hospitality experience; training will be provided.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
