Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer phone inquiries and respond to emails regarding reservations and general information.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
- Handle small service requests and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
- Process payments and manage petty cash accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety and security policies.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the hotel premises for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
