Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services including check-in/out assistance and concierge support
- Perform daily room inspections and maintain pristine public areas
- Operate hotel systems including reservation software and POS terminals
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- No experience required - comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during entire shifts
- Valid Pennsylvania work permit if applicable
