Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Manage the hotel's financial performance, including P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty through proactive service recovery and personalized experiences.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing leadership team and staff across all departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, government officials, and industry partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as corporate policies and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a General Manager or Assistant General Manager role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing P&L in a luxury or upscale hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, sales, marketing, and food and beverage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Associate's degree or higher in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
