Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests and visitors upon arrival to the facility.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and mail distribution.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
