Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management systems
- Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations with precision
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for room readiness
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years front desk experience in luxury hospitality
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Spanish language fluency highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
