Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest assistance with local attractions, dining, and transportation
- Manage reservations and coordinate VIP guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams for seamless service
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Phoenix events and seasonal attractions
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel concierge or guest services experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Spanish language skills highly desirable
