Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest stays
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis attractions and services
