- Execute upselling strategies for hotel services
- Maintain security protocols and lost-and-found procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
