- Maintain detailed shift logs and incident reports
- Collaborate with security team for emergency protocols
- Upsell hotel amenities and services during guest interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
