Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests during check-in/check-out
- Manage reservations using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in lobby areas
- Assist with valet parking and luggage services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
