Responsibilities
- Greet and register guests with professionalism and warmth, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out experiences
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and operate hotel management systems accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly while coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain organized front desk operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with management to optimize occupancy rates and upsell premium services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or front desk experience in hotel/retail setting
- Exceptional communication skills and multilingual abilities (Spanish highly valued)
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in cash handling
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
