Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Process payments accurately and handle complaints or special requests to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and guest rooms.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is in pristine condition.
- Enforce hotel safety and security policies and procedures at all times.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward guest needs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- A valid driver's license may be required for local errands.
