Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out with a smile.
- Manage hotel reservations and answer incoming phone calls professionally.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and common areas.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and concierge services.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
