Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, addressing guest inquiries regarding room bookings, amenities, and local attractions.
- Reservation Management: Assist in managing the reservation system, updating guest profiles, and handling special requests to ensure a personalized stay.
- Operations Support: Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and welcoming for guests at all times.
- Security & Access: Monitor key card access and security cameras to ensure the safety and security of the hotel property and guests.
- Problem Solving: Resolve guest complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner, escalating complex matters to the manager when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience is necessary. We value potential and provide training.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and typing skills are preferred.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
