Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing accurately
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with creative solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain detailed guest records using hotel management software
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid California driver's license (for valet duties)
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
