As the first point of contact, you'll drive guest satisfaction through personalized service, seamless check-ins, and local recommendations. Our modern hotel features premium amenities and a vibrant downtown location near Raleigh's top attractions.
Responsibilities
- Manage efficient guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell premium rooms and hotel services to maximize revenue
- Execute emergency procedures with calm professionalism
- Maintain pristine lobby and reception area standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid NC driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
