Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using property management systems
- Manage reservations, modify bookings, and optimize room occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Provide local recommendations for dining, attractions, and events
- Maintain organized front desk operations and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
