- Check-in/check-out hotel guests with efficiency and professionalism
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Operate hotel management systems (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
