Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation
- Process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and resolve billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Uphold strict cleanliness and organization standards at the front desk area
- Respond promptly to guest concerns with professional problem-solving skills
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or customer service experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred for valet duties
- Must pass background check and drug screening
