- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or issues immediately to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Cleanliness Maintenance: Maintain the lobby and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Administrative Support: Process payments accurately and assist with light administrative tasks as needed.
