Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms according to strict hygiene standards and company guidelines.
- Amenities & Linens: Ensure all rooms are stocked with fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities.
- Floor Care: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to maintain a spotless appearance.
- Reporting: Immediately report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional service to guests by ensuring their rooms are comfortable and welcoming upon arrival.
- Public Areas: Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to uphold the hotel's reputation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
