Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using hotel systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash drawer records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Operate switchboard and manage reservation systems
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
- Assist with luggage and guest transportation as needed
Qualifications
