Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend check-in/check-out processes
- Manage room reservations and VIP guest requests with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily financial reports
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Monitor property security and safety protocols
- Train new staff on weekend-specific procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) required
- Proficient in PMS systems (Opera/Micros)
- Valid California Food Handler's Card
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability during peak seasons
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
